How long before I receive my order?
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.
My order was shipped to my old address, can I get another?
It is fully your responsibility to put correct address in our system. We are not held responsible for outdated addresses.
An item in my box arrived broken, what can I do?
Describe the situation in the contact form, send a photo and we will send you a replacement.
Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?
Not, as of now, but please reach out to us.
Do you accept money orders?
Unfortunately, we do not.
I can review makeup on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook can you send me free samples?
If you like to review cosmetics on your Instagram, YouTube or Facebook, you are interested in makeup and you have at least 2,000 followers, contact us. We are looking for someone like YOU!
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns. If you would like to exchange an unused, unopened product, please contact our customer service contact@purebeautybox.us within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
I am having trouble with your website, (shopping cart, check out etc.) what do I do?
